Many thanks to those of you who responded to the note on this topic issued by Tina Woolnough at the end of September, and also those who attended the launch meeting on October 8th. The new Blackhall School Council is now in place and the constitution adopted. A copy of the constitution is available either by email from myself or your Year Rep (see below) or on request from the school office.
As parents and carers of children currently attending Blackhall Primary School, you are all now members of the Parent Forum and represented on the Council by the members named below. This forum and council now replace the school board.
The new members are as follows:

At any time in the school year, if there?s an issue you wish to raise, please contact your Year Representative or myself, either through the school office or by using the email address provided. While we will endeavour to ensure that you receive regular communication and updates through the usual channels please let us know if there?s a topic you wish to know more about.
The next meeting of Blackhall School Council will be held on Thursday November 8th at 7.30 pm at the school. All Parent Forum members are welcome to attend but are encouraged to raise any agenda or other items through their Year Representative.
In preparation for this meeting, we?d be very grateful if, should you have an issue to raise, you complete the slip attached and return it to school by Friday November 2nd.
